US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has completed a second cap selection for the Fiscal 2022 H-1B year, selecting several additional submissions under the lottery.

This is welcome news for the record number of non-selected lottery applicants this year.  Upon notification, companies still wishing to pursue cap cases under this year’s lottery have 60 days from the notification date to prepare and submit a complete H-1B filing
