Immigration for Matrimonial Practitioners- Presented live and recorded May 17, 2011 for LawLine.com, an online continuing legal education provider. This presentation covers immigration concerns for the matrimonial lawyer advising clients on the impact of separation and divorce where one party to the marriage is an immigrant who may be in one of many states of the marriage-based immigration process.
