US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced limited 60-day extensions to Request for Evidence (RFE) and Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) response deadline dates.

However, the extensions apply only to RFEs and NOIDs issued between March 1 and May 1.  This leaves near-term deadline dates for RFEs and NOIDs issued before March 1, 2020 without extension.
