US Citizenship and Immigration Services has announced an increase in the fee for Premium Processing, the added-cost optional service offering response within 15 days of filing.  As o December 2, 2019.  The fee will increase by $30 to $1,440 from the current $1,410 fee.  The fee applies to both nonimmigrant visa petitions filed on form I-129 currently permitting premium processing, as well as immigrant petitions filed on form I-140 which currently permit premium processing.

The increase comes just over a year since the last increase in October of 2018 to current $1,410 fee from the former $1,225 fee.
