Latest Version of Travel Ban Blocked by Two Courts

Trump’s revised Executive Order implementing a travel ban has met with the same fate as the original.
On Wednesday (March 15th), a federal judge in Hawaii issued a temporary restraining order preventing the implementation of the Order. Earlier today (March 16), a federal judge in Maryland independently blocked implementation of the order – which serves to reinforce the Hawaii injunction (the administration would need to overcome both orders before the new Order would be implemented).
